WHY BREAD AND CHOCOLATE?
Bread is essential, chocolate is magical, and so is every individual.
Our bakers and chocolatiers are full of talent, creativity, humor, and dashing good looks. The only thing they lack is opportunity, and that’s all about to change.
THE PROCESS
Special needs trainees work with an inclusive team learning and mastering important skills in the food and chocolate-making industry. They work alongside top professionals, directed by Jeff Finkelstein of Hof Kelsten, ensuring that everything is crafted with intention and supreme flavor.
Of course, running a bakery and chocolate factory is more than just baking and tempering. That’s why our team members are engaged creatively in as much of the business as possible, from brainstorming marketing ideas to collecting customer feedback, giving them a sense of ownership and pride in their work.

Weekend combos are sold through unique subscription bags delivered to your door on Fridays, including fresh breads, decadent chocolate creations, babka, and unique dips. You can choose from several subscription options or gift a subscription to someone who would love it as much as you!
