This leadership weekend conference will include eye-opening workshops from some of the world's most sought-after presenters & fabulous networking opportunities with teens and young adults from across Canada. You will have the opportunity to learn more about disability and inclusion and work tog ether to identify and develop year-long inclusion projects.

Weekend FAQS

What can I expect at the weekend?

You can expect hands-on interaction through fun activities, team-building and skill development workshops, inspiring talks,

and the chance to meet and make new friends from across Canada.

Be prepared to live it up, get inspired and enjoy delicious food!

Who is eligible for the weekend?

The weekend is for teens and young adults between ages 15-25

When does the weekend begin and end?

The weekend begins at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 17 and concludes at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 19.

Will transportation be provided?

Airfare to Montreal and transportation to and from the resort is included free of charge.

What about accommodations?

We will be staying at the Lac Carling Luxury Resort, gourmet meals will be provided.

Will there be any fun activities?

Yes! There will be Ice skating, cross country Skiing and Snowshoeing as well as indoor pool and sauna.

Will we receive any swag?

Yes, each guest will receive a limited edition swag package.

What is the cost of the weekend?

There will be a deposit of $100 upon registration of which $75 will be returned by the end of the weekend, provided you attended the weekend and all rules of conduct were kept.

What should I pack?

Forget the tanks and shorts, get ready to brace frosty Montreal. Bring hats, scarves, gloves, boots and a swimsuit. Don't forget to pack dressy clothes.

What will be included in the program?

  • Self-actualization & Leadership workshop by Jake Karls, Forbes 30 under 30.

  • Interactive sessions by Rabbi YY Jacobson, one of the most sought-after speakers in the world on leadership development, inclusion and public speaking.

  • Discussions on disability and inclusion from the perspective of people with disabilities led by Steven Abadi, singer, Autism advocate and former finalist on La Voix.

  • Presentation of the Friendship Revolution inclusion projects and the opportunity to brainstorm and develop your own.

  • Fun, interactive team-building activities.
